Elephant Garlic

We usually grow two main season garlic types, elephant and Italian.  The elephant garlic can produce very large sized cloves, which can be baked and spread on bread, or minced and added to dishes for excellent flavoring.  This is the preferred garlic for our customers  that like the garlic flavoring and aroma, but don’t want it too strong.  Our Italian garlic is much stronger, and can be used in many types of dishes.  Both add to any kitchen where garlic is needed, and stored properly can last months.  Elephant garlic heads are pictured to the left.
