Italian Garlic

Italian garlic is widely used for cooking. Ours is no exception. It packs quite a wallop, and is perfect for spaghetti, meats, fish, etc. We don’t suggest you bludgeon your dishes with mounds of garlic (unless you are a garlic fanatic), but judiciously used it can bring about a most wonderful culinary experience. Remember, the finer you cut the cloves, the stronger the flavor you will get. It also stores quite well unpeeled, sometimes most of the winter.
