Tasty rhubarb pie is definitely on the menu each and every spring!  Harvest usually starts in the middle of May, and should continue well into June, depending on the weather.  The varieties we grow retain excellent flavor for pies, crisps, and other delicacies.  Rhubarb pie is an all time favorite here, and is a wonderful dessert, especially if enhanced by a dollop of local vanilla ice cream and cold glass of milk!
