Oh So Tasty!

It takes nearly 11 months for garlic to be sown, overwintered, cultivated, harvested, dried, and made ready for sale.  So much can happen during this long wait, but each year we are hopeful that all the things we tried to do to keep this garlic rolling would pay off.  So far so good!  We grow Elephant Garlic, Spanish Roja, and German Red.
